The Veep schools the pretend Prez

Unlike many of his inept, disinterested counterparts, this guy, Paul Ryan, actually reads the bills, researches the bills and understands the bills.

And the more you learn about him, the more you'll understand why this country needs not any more "unintended consequences" signed into law.

"...always knows what he's going on about."
Absolutely...

You should look underneath the ideology and know what you're going on about.
It's about the money...HIS money.
Always follow the money.

Here we go!

Nowhere to go.
Republican, Democrat...doesn't matter.
It's always been about the money.
Hard to shake the ideology, yes?

Sure, you get elected using other folks' money, and after a few terms or a few decades, you leave office as a millionaire many times over.

Problem is, while that's all going on, it'd be a big bonus if the elected were not the running the U.S.S. Fiscal headlong into the Sargasso Sea. KInd of like, they get theirs while we still have hope of getting ours.

Ideology? Well, I'll start with fiscally conservative by way of common sense.

Looking deeper into Paul Ryan and his money...
"This family interest is led by Ryan’s father-in-law, Dan Little; and is currently making millions leasing rights to energy giants engaging in extensive natural gas shale fracking."

As for ideology...
"A mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work if it is not open." fz
Hard to open up, yes?

Hard to open up, my ass.

Sorry, but I worked all day and had litle time for Paul Ryan or for any of his plans to starve seniors or barbecue babies.

His father-in-law is evil, too? Oh my goodness!

Uh, like I---the original NEPA Zappa Freak, had not seen that FZ quote before.

If you want to have a worthwhile conversation, that's fine. If all you're looking to do is go all Teacup Yorkie on my ankles, don't bother.
